The first volume in this series, On the Orishas’ Roads and Pathways: Oshún, Deity of Femininity, laid the foundations for this volume on Obatalá and Odúa, which promises to engage the reader and promote necessary and meaningful discourse and consideration of important themes on the current state of Lukumí religion as it experiences its transition onto the stage of world faiths.
