Ofrecemos nuestro pésame a la familia de la “china,” como la conocimos cariñosamente. Oshún Kuenda era de descendencia china por la parte materna, de donde surge el apelativo por el cual era mejor conocida, “la china.” Omorisha del difunto Abelardo Hernández, Oshún Funké, siempre contribuyó a traer alegría y buen humor a las actividades que se celebraban en casa de su padrino. De seguro será extrañada. Ibá é l’ayén t’orún Oshún Kuenda.

We offer our most sincere condolences to the family of “la china,” as she was endearingly called. Oshún Kuenda was of Chinese descent on her mother’s side, hence her nickname “China.” Omorisha of the late Abelardo Hernández, Oshún Funké, she always contributed with her joy and good humor to the activities that took place in her godfather’s house. Surely she will be missed. Ibá é l’ayén t’orún Oshún Kuenda.
